11am - we’ll be doing an in-store demo cracking open a whole wheel of parm with samples straight off the fresh wheel
11:30am-4pm we’ll be serving up pasta tossed to order right in the fresh cracked open wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano for a tasty, warm, buttery, parm-y bowl of goodness in addition to our daily sandwiches.
